Let Loo$e Details:

• Campaign runs six weeks from May 19 to June 30.
• Qualifying purchases must be made from May 1 to June 30 and only at LZ Area Chamber member businesses.

• A minimum of $500 must be spent at qualifying businesses to enter.  Multiple purchases can be made to total $500.  Original receipts must be presented to receive entry forms.  Receipts will be validated and marked.

          Entry forms must be submitted no later than July 1 at:

• Consumers can enter as often as they want provided they have spent an additional $500 or more at LZ Area Chamber member businesses.
• A maximum of 5 entries allowed for single purchases of $2,500 or more.

• The $100 Weekly Prizes (6 total) will be drawn on Tuesday mornings from those entries received the prior week (Monday – Monday).
• The first drawing will be made on Tuesday, May 27.
• The $1,200 Grand Prize will be drawn during the Village of Lake Zurich July 4th Family Days Celebration in Paulus Park.
• Winners will be notified by phone of their good fortune.
• Prize winners are responsible for paying taxes on winnings.
